About the Retreat Experience...

AFTER
THE
SHATTER

What it feels like to step into the Liminal Space...

This isn’t a nonstop workshop. And it’s not unstructured free time, either.

The After the Shatter Retreat follows a carefully designed arc: from grounding → to release → to reintegration.

Each day is intentional—built to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and real inner work.

You’ll move through a rhythm of guided group sessions, somatic practices, creative integration, and quiet time.

There’s movement, stillness, expression, silence, connection, and space to breathe.

You’ll be held safely in process—but you’ll also have room to laugh. To rest. To share unfiltered stories and be met with nothing but presence.

There’s space for grief, for rage, and for joy.

There’s time for walks, shared meals, maybe even a little bit of irreverence.

Play and connection aren’t just welcome here—they’re necessary.

We don’t rush. We don’t bypass. We work with what’s actually present—in your body, your mind, your relationships, and your rhythm.

This retreat is immersive, but never overwhelming.

It’s honest. Spacious. And built to hold all of you—grief and grit, yes, but also the parts of you that still know how to laugh out loud.

Why Join Us?

Because you’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books.

You’ve survived the unraveling—quietly, or not so quietly.

And now? You’re in the in-between. The Liminal Space. No longer who you were. Not yet sure who you’re becoming.

You don’t need a 'few days away reset—you need real support to begin again.

People come to this retreat because they’re tired of spaces that never go beyond the scripted

They’re tired of spiritual performance, emotional bypassing, and being told to stay positive when they’re barely staying upright.

They’re not looking for a yoga-camp teacher or some IG ‘guru.’ They’re looking for someone who’s done the work—and still does.

Every. Damn. Day.

Someone who can hold the messy middle without flinching.

That’s where I come in.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you while you face what most people avoid.

I bring decades of lived experience, clinical training, and hard-earned tools—not to lead from above, but to stand beside you in the wreckage, and help drag the truth into daylight.

With structure. With skill. With just enough fire to keep it real.

This isn’t theory. This is what I do.

And it’s what I’ve survived, too.

The people who attend the retreats I facilitate come because they want something different. Something gritty and honest.

A space where they don’t have to smile through it or be judged for their tears or their scars.

They come for the loving structure that holds the hard things without rushing to fix them.

They come for a retreat that’s raw, real, grounded—and still full of love, hugs, laughter, and connection.

They come because they’re ready.

Not to be healed by someone else...But to remember how to come back to themselves.

If that’s the kind of space you’re looking for—you’ve found it.

but..is This retreat Right for Me?

About Your Group

We limit the number of participants to create a space that feels connected, grounded, and real.

You won’t get lost in the crowd. You’ll be seen, supported, and invited to rise—at your own pace, in your own way. No judgement.

We already have an amazing group of humans forming who are ready to do this deep work, together—with honesty, compassion, and just enough grit to keep it real.

If this speaks to you, we'd love to have you join us.

Before You Arrive: The Pre-Program

This retreat begins before you ever set foot on-site.

Before you join us, you’ll complete a brief application and meet with the lead facilitator by phone, Zoom, or in person for a Clarity Session. This isn’t a gatekeeping process—it’s a way to align, settle expectations, and make sure the container we’re building together is one you’re ready for.

You’ll also receive short, focused pre-retreat assignments to help clarify your intentions and prepare for what you’re walking into—without overwhelm.

We do this because depth doesn’t happen by accident.

The pre-program helps you step in with more clarity—and helps us support you more effectively while we’re together.

It also makes post-retreat integration smoother, steadier, and more meaningful.

The goal isn’t just to have a breakthrough. It’s to bring it home with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior retreat or therapy experience to attend?

No. You just need to be willing to show up honestly, stay open to the process, and take responsibility for your own work. This isn’t surface-level work—but you don’t need a list of credentials to belong here.

Is this a trauma-informed retreat?

Yes. The retreat is led by a trauma resolution specialist with decades of experience in somatic work, group process, and real-world healing. We take care to support your nervous system, respect your pace, and create solid ground for deep work.

What if I’m feeling fragile, numb, or raw—should I wait until I’m in a better place?

Not necessarily. This space is made for people who are in it. You don’t have to pull it together first. You just have to be willing to be real.

Is this a co-ed retreat? Will I feel safe in the group?

Yes, it’s open to all genders. The group is small, and everyone meets with the facilitator beforehand to make sure the space is a good fit. Emotional safety is a priority, not an afterthought.

Will there be movement or yoga? What if I’m not flexible or able-bodied?

Yes—there’s gentle movement, breathwork, and body-based practices. It’s not a yoga retreat or fitness boot camp. Everything is optional, accessible, and grounded in your actual capacity.

Is this just another retreat with sage and candles?

No. This is not spiritual theater. There may be breathwork, ritual, immersions, or stillness—but it’s never performative or ornamental.

What happens after the retreat ends? Will there be support?

Yes. You’ll leave with practices and tools for integration. Optional post-retreat check-ins and resources are available. We don’t just drop you back into your life and say good luck.
