How Many Participants?
What's the Minimum Age? Are there restrictions? Can I join with a friend or a family member?
We intentionally limit the Group size in our Empowered Transitions Retreats. The minimum age is 18 years of age (in some cases, the minimum age is 16 with a parent in attendance and with the Facilitator's approval.)
Let us know if you are planning on attending with a friend or a family member, please!
We can and will accommodate many restrictions with regard to diet or physical limitations. Please email your concerns so they can be addressed.
I'm New to Therapy, Yoga, Meditation and a first-timer with Immersive Retreats
We take every measure to ensure each participant’s Retreat experience is safe, comfortable, and positive in both the short and long term. Our Facilitators are highly trained and have many years of experience as counselors and therapists. Our assistants are experienced and hold advanced certifications in fields such as healthcare and yoga. And, very importantly, you'll be supported both pre and post-retreat.
Groups are intentional, structured, and safe and are facilitated as part group therapy, part individual therapy, and part Mastermind. All of our Retreats a highly experiential and do include time for reflection, play, integration, and movement in addition to the core program itself.

You'll be meeting with the facilitator via phone or Zoom ahead of the Retreat, you'll have homework, we'll be here for you pre and post-retreat.
